The Guide is an artificial-intelligence conversational experience designed for personal reflection, motivation, and general wellbeing, themed around the seven chakras. It generates responses automatically using AI. The personalities and figures it may draw upon are creative interpretations offered for inspiration only and do not represent the actual views, endorsement, or involvement of any real individual referenced.

2. Not professional advice

The Guide does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and nothing it says should be treated as such. It is not a substitute for a qualified professional. You should not disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of anything the Guide tells you.

• Health: The Guide is not a healthcare provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. References to foods, frequencies, breathing, or wellbeing practices are general and informational only.

If you choose the voice option, the Guide uses your device microphone to capture speech, and may use your approximate location to add relevant context such as weather and time of day. You control these features: you may decline microphone or location access, mute the microphone at any time, or use the typing option instead. Your use of these features is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Guide, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing purpose;

• attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying AI, prompts, or systems;

• rely on it for decisions that require professional judgement;

• input another person’s personal or sensitive information without their permission;

• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. AI limitations

AI can be inaccurate. The Guide may occasionally produce responses that are incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected. We do not warrant that its output is accurate, reliable, or suitable for any particular purpose, and you use it at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual property
